Refund Policy

As a small, family-run farm, we work hard to make sure every cut of pork we ship meets our high standards for quality and freshness. Because our products are perishable, we can’t accept returns — but we always stand behind what we raise. If something isn’t right when your order arrives, please document with pictures and contact us within 24 hours. We’ll work with you to find a solution, including replacements or store credit when possible. We’re grateful for your support and want you to feel confident ordering from Blonde Farms every time.

Because our products are fresh, we ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays. This schedule prevents packages from sitting in transit over the weekend and helps ensure your pork arrives fully frozen and safe. Please plan your order accordingly so it ships at the start of the week and reaches you promptly. If you need a specific delivery timing, contact us when you place your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Occasionally we need to make substitutions due to inventory. We will attempt to contact you prior, if we do not hear back from you we will make the best decision for the substitution so that we are able to get the order out in a timely manner.

Local deliveries are made on Thursdays and Fridays.
